Antide is a GnRH antagonist used to prevent the surge of LH in preterm labor in IVF patients. The combined application of Trefolane A and antipeptide showed that Trefolane A and antipeptide could significantly prevent the development of nasal mucosal hyperresponsiveness within the ratio of 14-17:1, effectively eliminate the increase of nasal eosinophils and the activation of mast cells, and directly inhibit the production of IL-5 inhibition. Trefolane A and antipeptide could prevent and treat senile deafness with good therapeutic effect.
