Description
For acute decompensated heart failure. By binding with natriuretic peptide A and B receptors, nesiritide can increase the level of cyclic guanosine in target cells, thereby promoting the relaxation of smooth muscle cells, dilating veins and arteries, and exerting its functions of diuretic sodium, diuretic, vasodilation and relaxation of smooth muscle. In addition, the drug can inhibit renin-aldosterone system and has similar effects with atrial diuretic natriuretic peptide.
